Apprenticeship Assessment (EPA) Administrator – Fixed Term

We are seeking an Apprenticeship Assessment (EPA) Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract to start in January 2026.

Principal Responsibilities of the Role

• Coordinate and schedule Assessments promptly and effectively, balancing assessor availability and provider requirements.
• Prepare and distribute accurate reports, correspondence, and documentation, supporting informed decision-making.
• Participate actively in meetings and events, representing the Apprenticeship Assessment team professionally and contributing to discussions.
• Identify and implement process improvements, driving continuous enhancement of Apprenticeship Assessment operations.

Essential Criteria

• In-depth knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and End-Point Assessment requirements, with the ability to apply this understanding in practice.
• Proficiency in computer systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), including confident use of digital tools for data entry, reporting, and process management.
• Strong administrative capability, with proven experience in managing complex processes accurately and efficiently.
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Criteria

• Knowledge of Functional Skills
• Knowledge of eportfolio systems/EPA Pro
• Administration qualification
