We are seeking a Apprenticeship Lead – Logistics to join our Quality Assurance Team.

Principal Responsibilities of the Role

  • Undertake remote and face-to-face apprenticeship assessment across VTCT Skills’ logistics portfolio
  • Lead on standardisation and moderation, and train and support other logistic assessors
  • Support our product development and assessment teams with developing and updating our logistics products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service across our logistics portfolio
  • Maintain expertise within the logistics sector through continuous professional development.

Essential Criteria

  • Knowledge and experience of working within the logistics sector.
  • Experience of delivering vocational assessment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve complex challenges.
  • Occupational competence within a logistics discipline.
  • Experience of external and/or internal quality assurance in relation to assessment delivery.

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge and experience of working with Ofqual and/or Skills England
  • Advanced qualification within a logistics discipline
  • Qualifications in assessing vocational achievement and/or internal quality assurance
