The Professional Beauty Awards are one of the most respected events in the beauty sector calendar, celebrating excellence, innovation and outstanding achievement across the beauty, aesthetics, spa and education fields. The annual ceremony brings together leading professionals, brands, educators and employers to recognise those driving standards and raising the bar within the industry.
Kate was invited to attend by Sarah Tipple, Head of Learning, Quality and Education at The STC Group, following Sarah’s nomination for the highly regarded Educator of the Year award. The nomination recognised Sarah’s commitment to quality assurance, sector engagement and her ongoing contribution to education.

Joining Sarah on the shortlist were Nelia Felicio of Crawley College, with the award presented to Kelly Clark from South Orbital Colleges. The category reflected the exceptional standard of teaching and leadership currently shaping the future of beauty education. Congratulations to all those shortlisted, and to Kelly on her well-deserved win.
Representing VTCT Skills at the event, Stewart Skinner, Director of International, had the honour of presenting the Employer of the Year award to B-unique Beauty and Aesthetics, recognising their outstanding contribution to training, development and industry excellence.
The evening was a celebration of talent, dedication and collaboration within the beauty and aesthetics sector.
