We’ve recently expanded and continue to expand our team to further improve the service we offer to our centres. Our new colleagues will support you in areas such as account management, marketing, operations coordination, and centre support.

Stuart Skinner – International Development Director

Having joined VTCT Skills in August, Stuart is leading VTCT Skills International Development Strategy.  Stuart brings over 20 years of experience in international education and development, offering deep sector insight and a proven track record of driving global growth.

Elaine Willemse – Key Account Manager – International

Based in South Africa, Elaine brings over 20 years of experience delivering high standards across the sector, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and centre support.

Ruth McGrath – Head of ITEC Operations

Ruth has spent over 20 years with iTEC, beginning as an international examiner and now leading global operations while ensuring high standards across 50+ countries.
