National Careers Week – Meet Sarah Kaisar from Sarah Artistry Ltd.

27 February 2026

Today, her organisation operates across London, Riyadh, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Madrid, delivering advanced education and clinical excellence on a global stage.

Can you tell us about your career journey and how your training or qualifications helped you get there?

My career began with a deep passion for skin health, longevity and the science behind transformation, a passion I pursued alongside my legal training as a barrister. The combination of law and aesthetics shaped how I built Sarah Artistry Ltd: with discipline, structure, clinical integrity and strong governance.

Over the past decade, I have grown the organisation into a globally recognised educational institute delivering advanced VTCT Skills and ITEC qualifications, alongside medically led skin clinics and our rapidly expanding skincare brand, SKNISTRY.

My legal background, advanced aesthetic qualifications and scientific training collectively gave me the authority and credibility to expand internationally with confidence. VTCT Skills played a pivotal role in this journey, providing the academic framework, rigorous standards and professional recognition that enabled me to elevate my work into a government-regulated institution and become a global educator in advanced skin and aesthetics.

What inspired you to pursue a career in your sector, and did you always know this was the path for you?

I have always believed education has the power to transform a person’s entire life trajectory. From a young age, I knew I wanted to build something that created opportunity, especially for individuals who may not have had access to it. Professional independence and financial security can change everything.

Skincare and aesthetics became the vehicle for that mission.

Over time, I grew from practitioner to international educator, working with iconic individuals and training some of the most prestigious skin houses globally. These experiences reinforced my belief in delivering world-class education that stands up on an international stage.

I may not have known I would one day build a global aesthetic skin school, but I always knew I was meant to mentor, lead and create platforms where people could rewrite their futures.

What challenges did you face along the way, and how did your learning or qualifications help you overcome them?

Building an academy at a time when the industry lacked unified standards and structured progression pathways was a significant challenge. Advanced aesthetics was not yet widely recognised as a formal academic journey, and I was effectively carving out a new lane.

My legal background and advanced skin science qualifications became my anchor. They gave me authority, discipline and credibility, allowing me to uphold clinical integrity and maintain high standards even when the wider industry lacked structure.

That fusion of law, science and regulated qualifications gave me the resilience to innovate confidently and raise the benchmark long before the sector demanded it.

How has your career developed since completing your qualifications, and what opportunities do you see for others following the same path?

Since completing my qualifications, I have expanded Sarah Artistry Ltd internationally, launched medically led skin clinics and developed a skincare brand that has achieved global recognition. I have been honoured with multiple awards, including Businesswoman of the Year and Highly Commended recognition from VTCT Skills.

For others entering this field, the opportunities are vast. Advanced aesthetics, skincare, skin health and education represent one of the fastest-growing global sectors. With the right qualifications, it is possible to build an international career, establish a business, specialise clinically or step into education and leadership roles.

What advice would you give to someone considering a career in your sector or taking similar training?

Invest in your education early and choose qualifications that support long-term progression. The right framework will not only develop your technical ability but also your credibility.

Stay curious. Stay disciplined. And never underestimate the doors that a respected qualification can open, both in the UK and internationally.
