Andrew Mondon

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant who qualified in audit and has built a career leading finance, operational transformation and service delivery across large and complex organisations. His experience spans the commercial, public and charitable sectors, including senior leadership roles at Jet2.com and SIG plc, Finance Director with a national skills and employability provider and most recently, Chief Finance Officer at Change Grow Live, one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities,

Andrew now holds a portfolio of board and advisory roles. He is Chair of Trustees at VTCT, having served as a Trustee for five years before being appointed Chair. In this role, he works with fellow Trustees and the executive leadership team to ensure strong governance, strategic oversight and continued delivery of VTCT’s charitable mission to create opportunities through vocational and technical education. Andrew has recently been appointed as a Non-Executive Director at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, where he chairs the Charitable Funds Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee
