Director of Enablement
Prior to his career in Further Education, David managed his own successful Project Management and Continuous Improvement consultancy practice for over 10 years working with multiple blue chip clients across sectors including Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, Government, Retail, Engineering, Healthcare, and Hospitality.
Since moving to the FE sector, he has capitalised on his innovative approach to education and delivered demonstrable impact in several key roles including as Head of Leadership Academy at Skills Training UK, Head of Business Programmes at Capita, and Head of Teaching & Learning at Realise.
David joined VTCT Skills in December 2024 and has subsequently led a number of high value organisational wide projects including a redesign of the Compliance management and reporting process, launching the Project Management Office (PMO) function, and leading the development of a Membership Services platform.
