Lee Friend, Chief Operating Officer Dingley’s Promise
Lee is a passionate Early Years Professional and has worked in childcare for more than 17 years across a range of settings. He is very proud to be Chief Operating Officer for Dingley’s Promise and is passionate about ensuring that every child has the best start in their educational journey. Lee has been in management roles for a decade, during which time he has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping others. Lee loves working with families, colleagues, and local authorities to ensure that children are at the heart of everything we do, resulting in the very best start in life.
Meggie Fisher, Head of Quality, Dingley’s Promise.
Having worked for many mainstream early years providers Meggie is now the Head of Quality For Dingley’s Promise, working closely with the teams in their specialist centres to ensure they are delivering high-quality teaching and excellent inclusive practice and support for the children. She is passionate about creating the best start for every child, recognising the unique opportunity we have to build strong foundations for lifelong learning and celebrating each child as an individual.
