Early Years Key Account Manager
Sandy is a highly experienced early years professional with over 30 years in the sector, dedicated to improving outcomes for children through quality education and workforce development. She has led on the implementation of the Early Years Educator Standard, ensuring practitioners gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to give every child the best start in life.
Her career spans leadership roles in training and quality assurance, including supporting apprenticeship reforms and delivering CPD for early years educators. Sandy is passionate about inclusion and SEND, working closely with providers to embed best practice and meet statutory requirements.
Currently working at VTCT Skills, Sandy’s focus is on partnering with training providers and employers to strengthen early years provision, navigate regulatory changes, and champion professional development across the sector.
