The launch was celebrated with an exclusive leadership dinner at The Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi, bringing together industry leaders, strategic partners and stakeholders from across India’s Hair, Beauty and Wellness sector.
A highlight of the evening was the signing of a commercial agreement with LTA School of Beauty, strengthening VTCT Skills’ commitment to developing long-term partnerships that support high-quality education and internationally recognised qualifications.
Representatives from the British High Commission and the Policy and Development Advisory Group (PDAG) also addressed guests, highlighting the importance of international collaboration in raising professional standards and supporting workforce development.
Ahead of the launch, the VTCT Skills team exhibited at Professional Beauty India, meeting with training providers, prospective centre partners and industry professionals to showcase its qualifications and quality assurance services. The event generated strong interest and provided valuable insight into the needs of the Indian market.
Commenting on the launch, Stuart Skinner, International Development Director, said:
“The launch of VTCT Skills India represents an important step in our international strategy. We look forward to working with partners across India to support skills development, deliver internationally recognised qualifications and create new opportunities for learners and industry.”
