The conference programme featured a range of guest speakers, networking opportunities and hands-on CPD sessions designed to support providers in preparing for the future of Hair and Beauty education. Delegates were also invited to a formal gala dinner, where individuals, teams and organisations were recognised for their outstanding contributions to the industry through the prestigious AHT Awards.
Representing VTCT Skills, Nicola Cole and Claire Pye opened the conference with an engaging 90-minute session titled Future Proofing Your Curriculum. The session encouraged open discussion around emerging trends, curriculum development and the future direction of the sector, while also providing attendees with the opportunity to share best practice and ideas with peers from across the UK.
